Women-Centered Culture transformation Program

about the women-centered culture PROGRAM (WCCP)

I’d like to welcome you to the Women-Centered Culture-transformation Program (WCCP)!

I want to acknowledge and appreciate the depth of your gifts and talents along with the calling you feel to step forward and contribute at this momentous time.

It’s my privilege to share the most actionable dimensions of my Women-Centered Culture transformation Program with you to immediately integrate into your existing workplace, and elevate your results and impact in your business or organisation.

My world-first WCCP program builds on my international Creative, Healthy and Engaged Workplaces Initiative (CHEWI) by interleaving Dr Claire Zammit’s Women-Centered Coaching methodology. I give you my most potent tools to safely and rapidily develop, implement and measure a customised work culture founded on mutual respect and inclusiveness that actively prevents unlawful conduct.

NOW IS the perfect time for women-centered work culture transformation

I want to recognise that the timing of your commitment to workplace culture transformation is perfect!

On 12 December 2023 the Australian Human Rights Commission announced new regulatory measures to prevent unlawful workplace conduct and champion safe work environments.

Australia’s Sex Discrimination Commissioner, Dr Anna Cody stated, ‘This is an opportunity for Australian workplaces to become what they should be - safe, inclusive, gender-equal, respectful and free from sexual harassment and sex discrimination. Organisations and businesses are now required to focus on actively preventing unlawful conduct connected to work…’

Furthermore, something historic and unprecedented is happening for millions of professional Australian women across all sectors, who more than ever need YOU and your capacity to make impactful changes in your organisation.

I know you sense and feel that something more is possible – and I know that you’re right!

I’m standing with you to help you unlock higher levels of your joy, contribution, impact, visibility, prosperity, authority, and impact in your workplace and career. And, at the deepest level, to step forth into who you came into this world to be – which is a world-class change-maker and leader known for the depth of your experience and expertise, your wisdom, clarity of insight, and the impact you create for those who work with you.

HOW professional women BENEFIT FROM the wccp

My program offers you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pause to develop and implement a unique and measurable workplace culture founded on mutual respect and inclusiveness. Together, we uncover and implement the attitudes and actions that radically change mindsets, improve productivity and civility, and actively prevent unlawful conduct.

We provide you with learning environments, training tools, methods, and training that are created especially for women and can accelerate your personal and career growth.

Women-Centered tools and methods have been interleaved into my existing CHEWI program to exponentially expedite your capacity to diagnose and safely interrupt your internal self-beliefs and mindsets keeping you frozen. And to expand your growth edges through new ways of showing up that create extraordinary results in your joie-de-vivre, leadership, performance and career trajectory. While also positively addressing psychosocial safety issues for you, your colleagues and staff.

Our Approach

I aim to create a safe and inclusive space for all individuals, embracing all gender identities, while also acknowledging the unique challenges and experiences faced by each group, based on their intersecting identities. My team and I are committed to recognising and addressing the diverse needs of all individuals, and to working toward greater equality and justice for all.

Each WCCP program is bespoke and designed to suit your specific needs. We work together to rapidly uncover frozen work issues and co-design mutually inclusive, respectful and empowering organisation environments. Participants gain the expertise to work together to implement, monitor and measure psychosocially safe and professional mindsets and cultures.

Note: My approach is informed by Women-Centered Coaching principles and designed to focus on unlocking higher potentials and, while is transformational in nature, is not a substitute for psychotherapy or health care or medical advice.

A BIT ABOUT THE chewi PROGRAM

I developed my 4-Step Creative, Healthy and Engaged Workplaces Initiative (CHEWI) as a safe circuit breaker to interrupt 'normalised disruptive' attitudes and/or behaviours. Because I’d spent nearly 30 years in Defence and across the broader Australian Public Service observing the sometimes devastating impact of normalised unacceptable behaviour on people’s wellbeing and performance, and organisational productivity.

In this world-first WCCP program, you’ll receive the most valuable, actionable, game-changing components of my international CHEWI Program, interleaved with Dr Claire Zammit’s Woman-Centered Coaching model. Together, the WCCP offers extraordinary results for women.

You’ll receive the most important frameworks, steps, tools and practices that you can immediately integrate into your existing workplace to give you the power to create irreversible change.

All my programs are scalable and adaptable to your needs, align to Agile principles, and founded on my ‘Do No Harm to Me or You’ guidelines. Delivery is flexible and can be online or face-to-face coaching, courses, masterclasses and workshops. My CHEWI programs have been applied and customised by over 2,000 international and domestic participants operating at all levels and across a diverse range of sectors.

WHY DO I START AT INCIVILiTY?

Well, firstly, you have to start somewhere! And frankly, my research has found that incivility can be difficult for people to put into words. Mainly because it tends to be enveloped within accepted cultural expectations or social norms. And yet…you intrinsically know when someone steps across your boundaries.

In researching ‘incivility’ a number of words crop up such as: rude, offensive, disrespectful, impolite, discourteous or simply lacking common manners or social etiquette.

Funnily enough, no-one mistakes it when we’re experiencing incivility. And yes, perhaps it may take us a while to process our emotions and feelings so we can analyse and reflect on how we felt about someone’s conduct. But we’ll always know when someone stepped on our boundaries.

My PhD research highlighted this point: At work, without intervention, incivility will always escalate and disrupt workplace functionality, safety and creativity.

As incivility and disrespect are on the lower ‘blue’ rungs of the Occupational Violence Scale, these behaviours are deemed the most appropriate (and safest) to identify and safely interrupt and prevent workplace drama and unlawful conduct.

SOMETHING FREE

A TOOL TO HELP YOU SAFELY IDENTIFY, DISCUSS and resolve WORKPLACE incivility and disruption

Here’s a free tool I originally developed for the UK and is one of my most potent tools.

Often, one of the hardest jobs for leaders can be creating an environment in which people feel safe enough to shed light on ‘what’s really going on around here’. In a way that can scratch below the surface and reveal the back story to percolating anxiety, stress and potential workplace drama.

This simple product, which I’ve called the Workplace Wish List, has helped many professionals talk safely about ‘why this work practice isn’t working anymore’. It can also kick-start a civil conversation about potential options and solutions to resolve these issues in a way that is reassuring and maintains workplace harmony.

While I am an associate of Yarrabee Consulting, I am registered under the Happier Workplaces business name (ABN 61769384502).

I’d be delighted to talk to you! My contact details are team@DrFlis.com or 0414325471 or feel free to use the website ‘Contact Us’ page.
